This 2012 Lexus LFA is #180 of 500 examples built during a two-year production run, and it was delivered new to Lexus of Richmond, Virginia, before it was moved in 2017 to California, where it was purchased by the seller in 2020. Now with 6k miles, the car is finished in Metallic Silver over gray leather upholstery, and power comes from a 4.8-liter V10 linked with a six-speed Automated Sequential Gearbox and a Torsen limited-slip differential. It features carbon-composite bodywork, bi-xenon headlights, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, and 20″ mesh-spoke BBS Nürburgring Edition alloy wheels along with heated and power-adjustable seats, a Mark Levinson audio system, and a Lexus Insider infotainment system with voice command and navigation. This LFA is now offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The design of the LFA was led by Kengo Matsumoto, and the car features aerodynamic carbon-fiber bodywork mated to a carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer chassis with aluminum front and rear subframes.
This example is finished in Metallic Silver (1F2) and features a vented hood, bi-xenon HID headlights, F fender badges, side air intakes, triple central exhaust outlets, and a speed-sensitive rear wing. The photos were taken at approximately 5,800 miles in February 2025.
The 20″ mesh-spoke BBS Nürburgring Edition alloy forged alloy wheels wear Lexus-branded center caps and are mounted with 265/35 front and 305/30 rear Bridgestone Potenza S001 tires. The double-wishbone front suspension is joined by a multi-link rear setup and remote-reservoir monotube dampers. Stopping power is provided by red-finished Brembo aluminum monoblock six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotors measuring 15.4″ up front and 14.2″ out back.
The 10-way power-adjustable bolstered bucket seats are heated and trimmed in gray leather. Matching upholstery extends to the dashboard and door panels, while carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin. Equipment includes a Mark Levinson 12-speaker surround-sound system, a CD stereo, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic climate control, a hill-assist system, and a Lexus Insider infotainment screen with voice command, navigation, and a reverse camera.
The flat-bottom steering wheel is trimmed in leather and carbon-fiber. It fronts column-mounted paddle shifters as well as a TFT LCD gauge cluster with a digital speed readout, a tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline, a gear position display, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 6k miles.
The 4.8-liter 1LR-GUE V10 was developed in collaboration with Yamaha and features titanium valves and connecting rods, forged pistons, individual throttle bodies, dry-sump lubrication, dual VVT-i variable valve timing, and a titanium muffler. Lexus rated output at 552 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an Aisin six-speed single-clutch Automated Sequential Gearbox and a Torsen limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
